TRANSACTIONS MAKING
When selecting the product you are interested in and you complete the order, you will be guided step by step through the system’s automated instructions. In the first phase, the order will be archived and then, when completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of the order to your declared e-mail address. In any case, before completing your order, you will have the opportunity to check it and if you wish, proceed to corrections or additions. However, if despite placing an order, you do not receive any email, please contact us without delay.
PAYMENT METHODS
Your purchases can be made by choosing one of the following ways:
- By using a credit or a debit card or a PayPal card according to your bank’s regulations. Cards accepted Visa/Mastercard
- By cash upon delivery for transactions within Greece, according to the cash upon delivery system applied by the shipping company.
- By deposit to the Bank account GR13 0172 0490 0050 4910 0216 695 IBAN of Piraeus Bank, owned by the sole proprietorship under the name “GEORGE GELADAKIS – MEANDYOU COMMUNICATION DESIGN”
SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS
We inform you that for the additional security of electronic transactions made through credit cards, these are done through the security system E-PAY of Piraeus Bank. This means that once the visitor/user chooses the option “purchase with credit card”, he is automatically transferred to a secure server at E-Pay service of Piraeus Bank. Also there is an alternative electronic payment method of Woo Payments with Stripe payment service. All information transferred electronically from the client as well as their transfer from the Bank to VISA card or Mastercard are covered from the encrypted algorithm. In that case, all of your card information is used only during the control and charging of your card and is not stored nowhere. Your user’s name, your password and the information of your credit card must be kept confidential to your personal responsibility.
ORDER SHIPPING
When you complete your order, you will receive an email with all the details of the order and its registration and immediately its shipment to the address you entered begins to be routed (see “Transactions Making” above). Our company bears no responsibility in case there are delays of products due to the transfer company. If you prefer to collect your purchase from our store, you should choose this option on “purchase steps” and then search for the product at our store, address 8 Tsami Karatasou, Athens, Monday to Friday 10.30-14.00.
REFUND POLICY
The return of a product is possible only for the reasons mentioned below and only if the return is done and completed within 14 days from receiving of the product.
Α. Return due to Withdraw
If for any reason, not concerning a possible defect of the product, which is regulated in the next paragraph, you wish to return the product you purchased from our online store, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt.
In order for the product to be eligible for a return, it must be in the perfect condition in which it was delivered to you and in its original packaging it was when you received it. The return is made by post needing the recipient details, to the address GOERGE GELADAKIS – MEANDYOU COMMUNICATION DESIGN, Athens, Tsami Karatasou, no. 8, PO Box 11742, tel (+30) 211 40 45 580. Inside the shipping envelope you must have the receipt (or the invoice).
Β. Return of Defective product
If you have received a defective product, you have the option to either withdraw from the purchase (exactly as described in paragraph immediately above) or request its replacement. In this last case, the new product will be sent to you within 14 days and the return costs will be borne exclusively by our Company. In order to be able to activate the replacement process of a defective product, you must inform us on the same day or the day after receiving it by sending a message to our e-mail address info@lostsession.gr or by telephone at (+30) 211 40 45 580. In this case, the cost of sending the replaced product also is borne by you.
If the credit to your account is delayed for more than 14 days, please first check again your bank account and then contact your bank. It is extremely common in cases of refunds from purchases for the credits to be delayed. However, if after following the above steps, the credit is still delayed, please contact us at the email address info@meandyou.gr
- Change (replacement) of Product
We only replace products that are defective or completely destroyed. If you wish to replace the product you bought with another product, please send an email to the email address info@lostsession.gr and also the product itself by completing the recipient details, to the address GOERGE GELADAKIS – MEANDYOU COMMUNICATION DESIGN, Athens, Tsami Karatasou Street, no. 8, PO Box 11742, tel (+30) 211 40 45 580.
In all of the above-mentioned cases, you will be borne with the costs of shipment. The refund of the returned product will be made within 14 days from the day of its receipt by us, with a credit to your debit/credit card account, if you used it for the due to transaction or alternatively, by deposit to the bank account you have indicated to us.
In case you are willing to return product(s) of high financial value, it is recommended that you choose a Tracking Shipping Service or to purchase a Product Shipment Insurance. Our Company cannot guarantee that your returned product will arrive safely at the place of receipt.
- Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed about your return.
- Cases of non-returnable products
A return of a product is not possible in the following cases:
a). Excluding products that belong to the categories defective/damaged product, if the product to be returned is not in the original good condition that was delivered, it is damaged or parts of it are missing for reasons beyond our Company’s responsibility.
b). If the return of the product was made in a period longer than twenty (20) days.
PAYMENT POLICY
The prices listed next to each product are the final price and include the statutory VAT. The cost of shipping your order is not included in the listed prices. The total amount you will be asked to pay for the completion and shipment of your order is confirmed and you will be able to see it in the last step “Checkout”, right before you complete your order.
